Are Ayoraglow products natural and safe?

Yes! Our products are made using natural, herbal, and Ayurvedic ingredients, free from harmful chemicals like parabens, sulfates, or silicones.

Are your products suitable for all skin and hair types?

Absolutely. Our formulations cater to a range of skin and hair types — oily, dry, sensitive, or combination. However, we recommend a patch test before full application.

Do the products expire?

Yes. Every product includes a printed expiry date, typically valid for 18–24 months from the manufacturing date.

When will I see results?

Can I use your oils or serums daily?

Yes. You can combine products based on your beauty needs. For instance, use hair growth oil with scalp tonic, or anti-greying oil with serum.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can checkout as a guest. But creating an account helps you track orders, access invoices, and offers quicker checkouts.

What payment methods are available?

We support multiple payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

What are your delivery timelines and charges?
  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
    Shipping cost depends on location and order size; payable at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp after dispatch. You can also check your order status via your Ayoraglow account dashboard.

What if my order shows as delivered but I haven’t received it?

Check with your neighbors or household members first. If you’re sure you haven’t received it, contact our support  we’ll investigate immediately.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Yes — subject to conditions:

  • Wrong, damaged, expired, or incomplete items are eligible within 7 days of delivery.

  • You must provide an unedited 360° unboxing video.

  • At least 75% of the product volume must be unused.

  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the issue is our fault.

How do I initiate a return?
  • Log into your Ayoraglow account

  • Go to “My Orders” and click Return / Exchange
    Please ensure your request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Can children use Ayoraglow products?

Generally, yes — for those aged 8 and above. However, it’s essential to perform a patch test first.

 

How do I do a patch test?
  • Apply a small amount behind your ear or on the inner elbow.

  • Leave it for 24 hours without washing.

  • If you experience redness, itching, or swelling, do not use the product.
