Refund and Return Policy
We at Ayoraglow are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.
Step 1: Order Cancellations
There may be situations where we are unable to process or continue with your order. Ayoraglow reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to):

Limited stock availability

Pricing or product information errors

Technical issues or website glitches

Suspected fraudulent activity
We may request additional information or verification before confirming an order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been made, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7β15 working days, depending on your bankβs processing time.
Note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are marked as shipped or in transit. In such cases, a refund will only be initiated after the product is returned to our warehouse and passes quality inspection (inspection may take up to 3 working days).
Step 2: Payment Authorization & Refund Terms

Ayoraglow will seek payment authorization at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to charge your account for the full or partial amount as required.

No refund will be provided if the customer returns a product that is damaged or used due to mishandling after delivery.

Order cancellations must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order with a valid reason.
Step 3: 7-Day Return & Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Ayoraglow offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

A minimum of 75% product volume must be intact in the original container

Return reason must be valid (e.g., wrong item, damaged item, expired product)

Refunds are processed only after successful return and quality inspection

Refund will be issued excluding handling and delivery charges
If the wrong product was ordered by the customer, the return courier charges (to and from) will be borne by the customer.
Unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be:

Show all sides of the sealed package and opening process

Step 4: Return Process & Eligibility
To initiate a return:

Log in to your Ayoraglow account

Visit the Order History section
-
Click on the order and choose Request Return
You may be eligible for a return if:

Wrong item or quantity delivered
-
Damaged or broken product
-
Expired product received
-
Product not matching the invoice
Returns are not accepted if:

The product is used, opened, or altered
-
Packaging is missing
-
Return is requested after 7 days of delivery
-
Proper unboxing video is not shared within 24 hours of delivery
Step 5: Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Terms

Refund guarantee applies only to Skin & Hair Care Products

Not applicable on Home items, Gift boxes, or Promotional products

Products must be returned in original packaging, securely sealed

If the product is damaged in return transit due to poor packaging, the refund will be denied

No affiliate commission is paid on refunded transactions
Partial Prepayment for COD Orders
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with partial prepayment, if the buyer refuses or cancels the order at delivery, the advance amount is non-refundable.
