Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ayoraglow will deliver products only within Bangladesh and will not be liable for any claims related to products ordered from outside Bangladesh.

If Ayoraglow receives an order from a location that imposes extra taxes or charges (e.g., VAT, local municipal tax, delivery area surcharge, or customs duty), Ayoraglow will not be responsible for paying those charges. The customer must bear any such additional cost.

Ayoraglow reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the number of items purchased per customer, per household, or per order. These limitations may apply to:

  • Orders placed under the same account

  • Orders using the same mobile number, payment method, billing or delivery address

If such limits are applied, we will inform you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Ayoraglow also reserves the right to decline or cancel orders it considers inappropriate or potentially fraudulent.

All orders are shipped using reliable Bangladeshi courier partners such as Pathao, RedX, Paperfly, Sundarban Courier, SA Paribahan, etc. Tracking information will be available through:

  • The courier partner’s website

  • WhatsApp or SMS notifications sent to your registered number

  • Or via ayoraglow.com

For deliveries within Dhaka, Ayoraglow may use same-day or next-day delivery services, subject to availability.

Our delivery services are handled by third-party logistics partners. While we strive to fulfill all deliveries on time and in excellent condition, there may be unforeseen delays due to weather, traffic, political disturbances, or courier service disruptions.

Ayoraglow is not responsible for any delays, errors, or misconduct caused by courier staff, as these are beyond our direct control.

Shipping charges are dynamic and calculated based on:

  • Your delivery address

  • The weight and size of your order

  • The selected delivery method

The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur additional COD charges, which will also be shown at checkout. For Part COD / Part Prepaid orders, a non-refundable handling fee is applied and visible at the time of checkout.

Ayoraglow ensures all products are packed securely using corrugated boxes, bubble wrap, or eco-friendly packaging to avoid damage during transit.

To raise any complaint or request a refund/replacement, it is mandatory to provide a clear 360° video and unboxing footage of the package. This video must:

  • Begin with the sealed box

  • Show the box being opened

  • Clearly display the contents inside

We do not take responsibility for:

  • Deliveries accepted by an unauthorized person on your behalf

  • OTPs or delivery confirmation codes shared before receiving the product

  • Damage caused while opening the box after delivery

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Ayoraglow on the same day of delivery using the contact details provided below.

Depending on the availability and nature of items, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

Tracking updates are generally available within 24 hours of dispatch from our facility. You can track your shipment:

  • Via the tracking link sent to your WhatsApp or SMS

  • Or through your account dashboard on ayoraglow.com
