This website is owned and operated by Ayoraglow, a Bangladeshi brand offering natural, Ayurvedic beauty and wellness products. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ayoraglow. The use of this website is subject to the following terms:

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site.

  • Ayoraglow reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of the website after changes means you agree to the updated terms.

2. Service Availability

  • Ayoraglow delivers products within Bangladesh only.

  • Orders from outside Bangladesh will not be processed, and Ayoraglow will not be liable for such claims.

  • Product availability, pricing, and shipping terms are subject to change based on region and inventory.

3. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

  • All prices listed are in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and may vary by region, weight, or courier service.

  • Ayoraglow is not liable for any additional local area taxes (if applicable), which must be paid by the customer.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment or Cash on Delivery (COD) verification.

  • Ayoraglow reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing error, system issues, or suspected fraud.

  • If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded within 7–14 business days.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched or handed to the courier.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via reputed local and national couriers.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier issues. Ayoraglow is not liable for courier delays.

  • Delivery tracking will be provided via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for:

    • Wrong item sent

    • Damaged product

    • Expired product

  • For any return/refund request, a 360-degree unboxing video from seal to opening is mandatory.

  • No return or refund will be processed without the proper video evidence.

  • Return pickup and reverse shipping charges may apply unless the mistake is on our part.

  • Refunds will be processed only after quality inspection at our warehouse.

7. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on www.ayoraglow.com, including product images, brand name, logo, text, and design, is the intellectual property of Ayoraglow and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Ayoraglow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or product.

  • Product results may vary from person to person. Always perform a patch test before use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Dhaka Courts only.
